S&P Inspection

Independent pre-purchase and pre-sale inspection, with findings ranked by what they cost the buyer and when the money has to be spent. Document and photo screening runs before anyone travels. Upload typically takes one to two hours through the secure portal, and for a complete submission received early in the working day we aim to return the reviewed result the same working day.

What Our Reports Are, and Who May Rely on Them

Every report states its scope, its method and its limits. Our inspection and audit work is non-statutory: it informs a flag administration's decisions and does not carry them, and it produces no statutory certificate. Our reports are prepared for the party that instructs us and for the purpose stated in the engagement. Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement.
