Led by a former Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs for the Republic of the Marshall Islands, with responsibility for the administration's technical work across North Asia, and previously a Corporate Vice President of the American Bureau of Shipping. Rapid scoping call, with guidance on preserving documents, data and physical evidence before they move.

Investigate: records, interviews and attendance where needed, working to your instruction and, where you require it, under privilege arranged by your solicitors.

Report with causation, contributing factors and conclusions expressed to the standard they will be tested against.
Outcomes
We provide technical investigation and technical opinion. We do not give legal advice, and instructions on privilege, disclosure and the form of any expert report are matters for your solicitors. Attendance is subject to availability and location. Where we cannot attend in time we say so at first contact and help you instruct a local surveyor. Where a matter requires metallurgical, fire, electronic or laboratory forensics we say so early, so you can instruct the right specialists alongside us rather than after us.
Our reports are prepared for the party that instructs us and for the purpose stated in the engagement. Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement.
