Screening comes first. Upload typically takes one to two hours through the secure portal, and for a complete submission received early in the working day we aim to return the reviewed result the same working day.

- Pre-fixture document screening through Nautilux. Every document and image in the submission is reviewed, not a sample. The scope is what you upload, not the whole vessel. Upload typically takes one to two hours through the secure portal, and for a complete submission received early in the working day we aim to return the reviewed result the same working day.
- Independent pre-fixture vetting and condition inspection, attended in person, with the vetting file prepared to the scheme's published requirements.
- Vessel and fleet risk scoring in the Nautilux shore side dashboard, the platform's available deployment today, so candidates can be compared on the same basis.
- Detention and delay risk screening against Port State Control history and deficiency patterns.
- Sanctions and security screening across ownership and control, management chain and trading history, delivered as a technical and open source exercise to support your own compliance decision.
- Attendance, investigation and written reporting when a defect, an off-hire or a dispute surfaces mid-charter. Attendance is subject to availability and location. Where we cannot attend in time we say so at first contact and help you instruct a local surveyor.
Our reports are prepared for the party that instructs us and for the purpose stated in the engagement. Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement.
