We give administrations, registries and owners senior independent capacity: non-statutory inspection and audit support for administrations, and coordinated classification society introductions for owners. Engagements are led by our founder, and every report names the reviewer who wrote it.

Independent Capacity That Extends Your Reach
We give administrations and registries senior independent capacity that supports the statutory survey and certification carried out by the flag and its Recognized Organizations. It does not replace it, and it does not substitute for it. Statutory determinations, including certification, detention and safe manning, remain with the administration and its Recognized Organizations.
Independent Inspection & Audit Capacity
On the ground inspection and ISM, ISPS and MLC audit support benchmarked against flag State inspection criteria, extending an administration's reach without added headcount. The work is non-statutory: it informs the flag's decisions and does not carry them, and it produces no statutory certificate.
Recognized Organization Monitoring
Support with monitoring Recognized Organization performance and reporting, so an administration keeps its own oversight of the societies acting on its behalf. Findings are reported to the administration for its action.
Operator & Fleet Evaluation
Evidence-based evaluation of operators and fleets. Every document and image submitted is reviewed in full rather than sampled, so a decision rests on the whole of the record provided. Coverage is the submission, not the whole vessel, and we say so on the report.
Detention & Casualty Follow-Up
Support with deficiency, detention and casualty follow-up, with findings recorded and tracked to closure so the administration can evidence what was done and when. Attendance is subject to availability and location. Where we cannot attend in time we say so at first contact and help you instruct a local surveyor.

Need class work done? We put our classification-society relationships to work for you. Tell us what your vessels need, from class surveys and statutory certification to a full transfer of class, and we bring back a competitive quote from a leading IACS member society and coordinate the introduction. You get one point of contact and a smoother path; the society carries out the survey and certification.
Our reports are prepared for the party that instructs us and for the purpose stated in the engagement. Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement.
